Stowmarket local group

The Stowmarket area covers 48 towns and villages and there are about 500 members involved with the local group.

Local group activities include a Watch Group for 6-11 year olds, teams of volunteers who help to look after nature reserves, an events team that organise wildlife talks and walks and a magazine distribution team.

The four reserves in the area are Combs Wood, Bonny Wood, Mickfield Meadow and Grove Farm.

If you would like to become involved in the Stowmarket group please contact John Thompson on 01449 676471 or call Suffolk Wildlife Trust on 01473 890089.
